About Me
I grew up one of five children in a small town in New Jersey called Shrewsbury. I attended Red Bank Regional High School where I worked hard day and night to keep up my grades. Unlike some of my peers, school didn't always come easy for me. However, one class was different, my ninth grade biology class. It was the only class that really compelled me, and from the moment I looked through my first microscope, I knew that this was going to be what I devoted my life to. After high school, I attended Princeton University, and earned my degree in biology among some of the most prestigious and hardworking biologists in the nation. After college, I got a job at Pfizer technologies in New York City, where I have been able to fulfill my dreams of making breakthroughs in biology that help people everywhere. One of my most recent and groundbreaking projects is the COVID-19 vaccine. I worked alongside my colleagues for countless hours developing a flawless vaccine that could pull the world from the dark place that the pandemic has brought. It was a very stressful process with so much pressure to develop a vaccine in such a short amount of time, however, all of the hard work was more then worth it in the moment that I got to watch the first person get the vaccine with a huge smile on their face, a truly historic moment.
